The first bug every work marketplace ships is the double claim: two coders click Claim on the same chart
in the same instant and both think they have it. Here a claim is one database transaction that locks the
chart row with SELECT … FOR UPDATE SKIP LOCKED, so the
second click finds the row taken and the chart flips to “claimed by” instead of being worked twice.
